The location was great, distance to the beach was around 2 minutes of walk. Everything was clean, the neigbourhood was really quiet.

The only missing kitchen appliance was a microwave oven, which we would eventually had used

Excelente espaço físico. Localização perfeita perto do aeroporto e de frente a praia. Lugar lindo. Quarto no terreo. Muito organizado com utensílios essenciais para hospedagem.

Faltou dizer que a 2a cama era um sofá cama. Eu pedi quarto com 2 camas, talvez se fosse dito, eu teria procurado outra hospedagem. Mas valeu. O anfitrião foi nos buscar e levar até o aeroporto. Perfeito

Great location for a quick overnight to Rome in transit. Really great host arranged for transportation to Ostia Antica, an OLD OLD Roman city (like 2700 years old) much better than Pompeii! Then driver took us to the airport. All around, fantastic and I definitely recommend.

Joshua is a fantastic host. There was water in the fridge waiting for us arriving in from an evening flight. The apartment is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a trip away. The beach is a short walk across the road and there are lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Also cannot thank Joshua enough for bringing a bag to the airport for us after we left without it. We'll definitely stay again when we return to Fiumicino. Thank you, Joshua!
