Very clean and comfortable . The decoration os amazing and it is very charming. Near a ferry port and a bus terminal. The owner of the hotel was very nice and kind. Very great.

Malta has an huge problem with cockroaches, and near the hotel we found many, but the hotel had no one. The water takes too long to get warm and the hotel was a bit hard to find.

The entire property is very clean, tasteful interiors,.well-equipped shared space (not only a kitchen which is great, but also a corner with sun umbrellas, picnic basket etc. - stuff you don't usually bring yourself),.central location, friendly owners.

The rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear the kitchen churm - and not all respect the quiet night hours.

I already left 10 out of 10 detailed feedback for this property few days ago - see that one for details. Just wanted to add that you get the facilities of a well equipped studio for the price of a room. Excellent stay for the reasonable price

Owner clearly put huge amount of effort, care, and money into this property - you can feel it as soon as you step inside. All the photos match real life, manager responds very quickly. Fully equipped kitchen (shared with other guests) with expensive equipment, including washing machine (and detergents provided). You have everything you need to cook in instead of eating out. However, the most important thing for me is cleanliness. Malta in general has big problem with cockroaches - but this place was clean. Yes, there might be some staines on the mirror or a bit of dust somewhere else, the furniture isn't brand new - but come on. Each room has its own boiler, and water pressure in the shower is great. Place has excellent location: walking distance to both Senglea and Birgu waterfronts, and there is small groceries shop one minute away. If room is ready, they might allow you earlier check-in - which is a nice touch. You won't be disappointed with your stay here

Remember that this is yet shared accommodation, so you have to share kitchen with two other rooms (three rooms in total). Sometimes other guests can be noisy, and soundproofing isn’t ideal (both internal and external). At nights, you can hear water pump – but I guess you also want good water pressure in the shower, don’t you? At the end of the day, if you want complete independence – you book the whole apartment with a different price tag. Entrance to the property is on the walkway alley (not on the road), so watch video provided on how to find it. Overall, this was fantastic value for money

Great location with easy access to all places around! The room is very beautiful and clean! The kitchen is top! Literally its so organized, you can cook anything or bake. The host is so kind and helpful! He responds very fast and give some great infos!

The bed was little small for me. I'm 186cm.. The all day noise due to construction works at the road in front of the property, was annoying.. bad timing I guess! Otherwise the place is quiet. Both inside the building, and outside!
