We were overrun by ladybugs. Horribly management was not very helpful.

USThe room had a nice look. The check-in process was quick and easy.
The room wasn’t ready when we arrived and we were denied late check out. There were orange ladybugs crawling on the bed and walls. One of the tvs didn’t work. The shower was terrible. There aren’t many restaurants nearby.
USUSUSI wouldn’t know. My reservation was cancelled by the hotel before I was able to check in. Check in was between 3:00pm and 8:00pm. I would have been there at 6:30pm, but myself and another party received an email cancelling our reservation bc we did not answer the phone.
The staff - MICHAEL I have never dealt with such an unprofessional and rude individual. We attempted to call and understand why our reservations were canceled and explain that we needed a place to stay. We asked if he could honor our reservation, and Michael refused. We explained that we had until 8:00pm to check in, Michael did not care! We asked about a refund, to which Michael refused. Michael began talking/yelling over us and repeatedly stated “Have a Nice Day” and hung up on us several times. We asked to speak to his boss or to get a contact number for a General Manager but that was not happening. I would not want Michael running any business of mine, and imo He should be FIRED!!! Fortunately, we were able to book a room at the Comfort Inn and Suites following this headache and we were able to get right in with no problem. Great alternative!!!
