"I didn’t like that nothing was done when I told the fist desk I had to wait for someone to come at 9"

It usually be great but the last two times I had problems

The heat didn’t work . It was freezing in there!!! No one answered the phone so I had to stick it out . One of my beds was dirty under the blanket!
