Very clean, fantastic location and easy walk to many things, kitchen is well stocked with tools etc (except needs hot pads).

Needs more light proofing on the wall of the main room — not the blinds but the wall next to the outside entrance; too much light at night. (Also plane noise but next time I would bring a pair of noise cancelling earplugs.)

Hard surface floors need a good scrubbing. My feet would be black after walking around

Communication

Bedroom tv wouldn’t connect to wifi so we couldn’t enjoy movies in bed. We were asked to put towels to wash (sorry for me if vacationing the least I expect is to wash). It wasn’t check-out time and someone knocked on our door. We did let the host know. We felt rushed out. My advice to wait at least a few minutes after check out time.

Very comfortable unit and very modern. It is in a great location, close to the beach and several good restaurants. Allie provided exceptional assistance when called upon. Can’t say enough about this stay.

I loved the room. Everything was very nice and clean. Everything we needed was made available to us and I got responses very quickly to questions I had. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The grocery store right down the street was a real plus. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.

Constant Noise: Between the paper-thin walls, the adjacent highway behind the unit, a very busy street in front and being in a flight path, the noise is 24/7. The unit that we rented was next to the garage and all day and night you could hear the door slamming as people entered and exited. The trash bins were in the garage and you could hear people dumping their recyclables in the metal bins and the trash being removed each week. Poor Layout/Condition: The bedroom had no door (difficult for different schedules), the floors were filthy, and we faced a couple of maintenance issues that interrupted our stay. Misleading Photos: Our unit differed significantly from the listing; it initially lacked a table and basic essentials like TP/cleaning supplies, towels, soap, etc.. The staff did move us to another unit after we complained and provided us with the supplies. No Amenities: No cable TV provided.

This place is new modern beautiful apartment complex. Check in requires lot of self service. Parking is convenient. Apartment has everything you need. Jaime was very helpful and was reachable even though we arrived late at 10pm.

Location is convenient, however its located right under the airplane runway. After the first night i requested to cancel, whereas they said airplane is only between 8am to 10pm. Unfortunately its false. Planes didnt stop until 12am midnight on our first night and started as early as 6am. And it was nearly impossible to have a rest during the day as the plane would take off and land every 15-20mins. If you plan to spend more time in the apartment be prepared to have planes flying over you quite often. We stayed 3 nights and would not recommend anything more than that.
