Big space. AC is warm.

The preparation of our stay is not professional, kinda bad. Found trash on the ground. We found towels by ourselves in the dryer. The elevator not working and the staff didn’t notify us on time. I don’t know how this place has good reviews.

"Winter Holiday stay."

The neighborhood. Loved the Italian restaurant down the street. It was nice to have Stumps grocery near by. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Hangers in the closet. Wash cloths.The wifi and internet functioned. Removing the trash was simple.

The many loud airplanes. The elevator did not work. There was a smoker the smoked right in front of our patio.

"Half good and then half bad."

The location was perfect for our visit. The on-site parking garage is a bonus. The mattress was very comfortable.

Halfway through our stay the elevator stopped working. There was no notice or communication about the stoppage. There are no stairs from the garage to the 1st floor. We had to exit the garage onto a side street and walk all the way around the building to the entrance and then to our apartment. This was a huge issue for my husband who has trouble walking. The lack of communication was frustrating.
