Nimitz Crossing Luxury Residences

The property was a good choice for us visiting family in San Diego. Good location with market and restaurants within walking distance. Dog friendly and parking available. The bed is definitely on the firmer side with firm synthetic pillows. Not exactly my ideal but was able to get different pillows during our stay. Expect to do some light house cleaning chores as there’s no housekeeping services available. Not a big deal for the space and kitchen.

Bed, pillows and microfiber sheets. Near airport so expect to hear planes landing at 6am to 11pm.

Excellent location in Point Loma with easy access to great coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants and key sights. Very clean, modern and well equipped apartment with garage parking available. Super helpful and accommodating host. Very competitive pricing. Have stayed here 3 times and will definitely stay again.

This time we noticed the street noise more than in the past, but it is not overwhelming, and the host provides earplugs (which we did not feel the need to use).

There was a major mistake made during the check-in. As soon as we used the code to enter the apartment, based on the code and instructions, we noticed there were personal items in the apartment!! We exited in panic and called the host. She realized that she had given us the wrong apartment number! Asked us to go to another apartment, and USE the SAME CODE!!?? She showed up in person to apologize when I told her that this could have been potentially a fatal mistake. Also, I asked why the new apartment used the same entry code which she replied, she is going to change the code. Also, we were told to switch the parking spot as well because of the mix-up. She showed up again to apologize and was very respectful, but we had to mention this because, again, this could have cost someone's life! Also, there is a need for more pillows, blankets, and sheets for a family of three. No face towels, only two pillows on a king bed (there were decorative, large pillows not suitable for sleeping on). Only three bath towels with a few wash towels( no face towel)—flimsy blanket on the bed. Noise from Nimitz Highway and the garage. Occasional dog barking in the hallway.

Location was primo for my needs. Centrally located near Sea World, Balboa Park and Midway museum. I was like being at home and not a motel. Full kitchen was nice. Wi Fi was very strong and fast!

TV!!! No directions for channel access. I had to experiment to locate any thing to watch. I ended up on my computer!!!! i finally found the binder on the desk. Should have been mentioned in the initial email instructions. Same with the instructions in the frame on the desk, which I found after I locked myself out taking out the trash There were damp towels in the washing machine I didn' find until the last day! Couldn't get the dish washer to turn on.

Loved the building it was so beautiful and the area nice and quiet and secure there was no staff that we interacted with because it was a keyless entry but we really enjoyed our stay

Clean, the kitchen was nice, and loved the patio even though we really didn't get to use it much,

it is very close to the airport so the planes are allowed, but I do see that they provided earplugs
