Nimitz Crossing Luxury Residences

Здесь супер. Даже не ожидал. Чисто, опрятно, если когда нибудь буду ещё планировать посещение в Сан Диего, даже думать не буду, только сюда.

The bed is very large and comfortable — that’s probably the only real positive. The pillows, however, are huge and uncomfortable to sleep on. The kitchen is spacious, and the bathroom is fine.

This is absolutely not a quiet place to stay. Planes fly right above the house literally every minute — I counted them — and you can still hear them even with earplugs in. Cars pass nonstop as well, the apartment is right on a busy road. Even the outdoor patio, which in the listing looks like a peaceful spot to relax, faces directly into traffic and airplane noise. I honestly don’t understand how people can live here. Cleanliness was disappointing. When we checked in, the floors were covered in dust and hair — bedroom, bathroom, even in the shower and on the mattress. After walking barefoot my socks turned black. We asked for cleaning and someone did come, but there was still hair left after, and the carpet is full of dust, clearly not vacuumed properly. What made it worse is that a man across the hall was loudly screaming while playing video games. The host told him to be quiet, but he continued. The walls are extremely poorly insulated — we could hear everything from our room. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to rest or sleep.

The property was beautiful. I loved all the amenities. I loved that we could find something as simple as cups and dishes and the fridge has ice and water and there was a laundry/dryer in the unit. It was a fully equipped apartment which we don’t see often. The free parking was great. The location was close to everywhere we were going. The check in/check out process was so easy. I loved that I got all the information and codes in one message before check in. I will definitely book here next time I’m in San Diego.

Everything was perfect however the floors were a bit dusty and pet hair was found throughout the room especially in the rug. Would recommend that at least a broom and dust pan be available.

Spacious

Their was poignant smell of dog urine in the apt in particular the bathroom. I notified the manager she responded promptly and added cleaning liquid into shower drain stating perhaps it was the drainage and stated the property was also pet friendly.
