Spacious room (booked deluxe double), comfortable bed, clean, super kind and helpful staff, fabulous meals, special thanks to James (restaurant), Sunny (kitchen) and Deepu (driver).

If you land at Cochin in the evening, and want to get a third of the way to Munnar (to shorten the journey in the morning), this is an ideal location and a lovely, comfortable hotel. The staff were so helpful, as they kept the kitchen open for us later than usual, because of our late arrival. Rooms were well kept and very comfortable.

Breakfast service was almost comedy! Although we ordered from the breakfast menu, it was difficult to be understood, and everything came out wrong - but that was my fault, rather than theirs. My Malayalam is much worse than their English and, because it’s not on the tourist trail, they probably aren’t used to English travellers.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Narendra Central in Muvattupuzha. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The staff displayed exceptional hospitality, always ready to assist with a friendly and professional attitude. The food was delightful, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes, ensuring a memorable dining experience. The hotel also features an ambient parking space, which is ample and convenient for guests. Located with easy access to the main road, the hotel is perfectly positioned for both leisure and business travelers. I highly recommend Hotel Narendra Central to anyone visiting Muvattupuzha for its excellent services and prime location.

Good location, friendly staff. Rooms were clean. One of the bathrooms was structured differently, but was clean. The only slight concern I had was about was the loud conversations between ( may be drunk) people at the corridor leading to the restaurant using abusive language. It was awkward for us - especially when we had our mom with us. After notifying the management, they called me directly and apologized for the inconvenience and assured to take necessary steps to prevent this in future. I understand that things cannot be perfect, and I really appreciate they reaching out to me and promising to rectify the issue I raised. Overall the stay was comfortable , great value for money
