Rooms were perfect and cozy,Extra ordinarily sweet and caring room boys and a remarkable chef

Delay in breakfast,the front desk needs to be more pleasing.

Even though there were some problems, they were corrected immediately. They were a lot of mosquitoes. Immediately after reporting, they brought in Mosquito repellents. That helped. The Kettle to boil the water was not working. They brought in a replacement immediately. The staff and attendees were friendly.

While booking the room, I recorded that my arrival time will be between 8:30 and 11:00. I had been attending a function. Starting mid afternoon, I started receiving seven phone calls asking my arrival time. It was annoying and disruptive. (I had been speaking at a conference). They had my Credit Card details with them. Even if I did not showed up, they could have charged me. I did not appreciate those frequent calls.

Truly exceptional service. The team really went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. I was made to feel very well looked after and comfortable! The hotel organised travel arrangements to and from the airport and ensured required foods were available. I ended up spending most my time in the hotel it was so beautiful ! I would highly recommend booking a stay here and hope to return again.
