The owners attention to detail was mind blowing! All the touches were incredible and we enjoyed them!

Firstly only on arrival were we notified via a note of a ‘pay as you go’ air conditioner! The agent said it was implemented on the day we arrived! We had no previous notice! The beds were very hard, pillows like a block, the second room had two pine single beds not really suitable for adults! The air conditioner dripped badly and was not really effective! I would also have liked another few teabags as we arrived late just in time for a business dinner! The window was very dirty! I am aware not an easy thing to rectify given the height! There was also no windows to open in the bedroom as it was boarded up with cardboard! But the worse thing! THE AGENT WAS INCREDIBLY RUDE! HE SWORE AT MY HUSBAND AND USED THE ‘F’ WORD CONTINUOUSLY! My husband was totally shattered and very upset! I’m sorry but this is totally unacceptable and as a regular international and national traveller cannot believe how someone like this can be employed as a representative for an establishment! On Google we now saw that this establishment got a 1!!
