Gianluca welcomed us personally at the train station and walked with us to the apartment, which made us feel very welcome. He also provided a lot of information about things in the vicinity of the apartment and was always available for questions. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable ones I've ever had in a hotel / B&B. The location of the apartment was great, just a few minutes walk from train station, Riomaggiore center and the beach. I would gladly stay here again.

The only thing that could have been better was the check-out. We could check out until 11:00, but the cleaning lady already arrived at 10:30, while we were still packing our last things, which made our departure feel a bit rushed.

Gianluca met us at the train station, helped with the luggage and made us comfortable from the very beginning. He also helped us with the cards to use the lift in Riomaggiore and to get the cinque Terre cards with a great discount. I can only recommend this accommodation for any traveler. Thanks Gianluca!!!

The host was very kind and met us personally at the railway station. He was also very courteous and provided us all the necessary information. The free elevator tourist pass was very helpful to visit the city. The apartment has all the amenities, nice views and it gets really beautiful during the sunset.

The wifi which was initially provided had 15-17 MBPS speed, the living room had good access, the bedroom had sporadic access. After a storm, we were provided access to another wifi, the speed of which went upto 70 MBPS, but still not accessible in the bedroom.

The property is spacious and clean. The host met us at the station and arranged taxis to and from the property on check in and check out. He also gave us lots of useful information to help us decide what to do whilst in the area.

Steps!!! I’m physically fit and enjoy walking. However the steps to and from the property are lethal

Good location, clean, helpful staff

Gianluca was extremely helpful during our stay. He helped us with purchasing the Cinque Terre card (don’t purchase before you arrive as you get a discount if staying in Riomaggiore) & train timetables. The apartment was spacious & there was lots of room for our family of 4.

Unfortunately it was quite hot when we visited & we missed the air conditioning (my fault as I booked it without knowing). Had to sleep with all the windows open which let in (only a couple) of mosquitoes. There are portable air conditioning units in each room but very noisy! Also the stairs may be an issue for some as the location is near the top of the village but there is a bus (included in the Cinque Terre card) that you can catch at the bottom of the village that helps. There is also a public lift that helps but they are charging 2 euro a person to use after 10am. Lastly unfortunately the washing machine was out of action during our 3 night stay.

It was a great apartment. It has pretty much everything you need. Gianluca is a really nice man. He had control on everything.

It missed a washing machine, but it wasn’t a problem since we only stayed for three nights.

Lovely spaces, great location, nice views and great for cooler breeze. Surprisingly peaceful.

Access a bit challenging. Lots of stairs, the price for being more elevated.
