Location for a nice market town with some lovely shops and a festive Christmas Eve around the tree singing . The property was clean and was comfortable for 6 people .

Communication on arrival and before could have been better espicallly the rule part on the text . You get your code on arrival . If you are going to advertise for 8 people make sure you can sit 8 and have enough knives and forks luckily I had read reviews so had taken my own for Christmas .

Great property, great location

It was a large property for our family to share. The house was clean and well equipped

It was quite cold when we arrived. This may have been because it was out of season and hadn’t been used for a while.

The location was ideal and parking on property was a bonus.

The curtain rails in some rooms you could not close as the running part of the curtains was falling down so I would definitely replace those.

The property was big and spacious with no problem for 8 people and was luxury having 2 full bathrooms. It was very clean and well equipped for what we needed. Plenty of seating in the lounge and the beds were very comfortable. This property was great value for money and not far from Alton towers which was great.

Nothing majorly wrong just little things like there were only 5 forks for 8 people and the carpet gripper on the stairs was poking through
