We liked everything it was just perfection! If you want a perfect holiday then this is the accommodation for you. It is a breath taking view. We were met by Federico who showed us how everything works and what to do to get in and out. The house is very modern, clean and has everything you need. We even had a bottle of wine in the fridge!

Federico has a wonderful property in a prime position overlooking Lake Como. The views are amazing, and property is just as good! He is very welcoming and attentive, making the little things count. The property is very well presented with all the features you could ask for in an apartment. Would happily stay there again

The place was very clean and the view was amazing! Federico was a great host, very helpful and friendly. He even picked us up and dropped us in the train station. He got us a small cake and wine when we mentioned it’s our anniversary

Beautiful location in quiet area, amazing views, very comfortable accommodation with all utilities we needed. Great view from the bedroom and dining area, plus a million dollar terrace. Walking distance from nice lake area and other smaller towns in the region. Short drive (9 mins) to Bellano where there are plenty of options for Como ferry lines. Host very welcoming and helpful, and despite the family living in a house just next to the rental, we had 100% privacy. Grill, as well as jacuzzi and pool during the season, are very nice touches also.

I expected Dervio (the place where the villa is located) to be better connected through ferry lines, maybe it looks different in season but in April there are only 2 ferries a day stopping here. We mostly had to drive to Bellano and use the ferry to move across the lake from there.

Everything was really perfect. The house is very good equipped: warm floors, all the dishes and even wine, coffee and some other nice needed stuff)) magnificent views. The owner was very polite and helpful.

Well, it’s hard to say.. maybe I would recommend to buy the products somewhere not in Dervio, better in a bigger city. Cause I couldn’t find good seafood for grill)) In Casa Angela was everything perfect.

The location and view were amazing, great place to stay if you have a car! The host was very friendly and met us at the property.
