The location was perfect with an amazing view over the lake and the owner was super helpful and friendly. Very easy access to the place with a private parking. Very organized and clean. We fel in love with this place.

There was nothing we didn't like. The only thing I didn't like is that I couldn't stay there for a few days more.

Don’t let the property photos fool you , cause it is much better and modern than the pictures, everything was great , the view is amazing, the apartment is well underfloor heated , the doors is sound proof , the kitchen is very useful and full of things that you might need , olive oil , salt pepper oregano, coffee , espresso machine with lots of coffee capsules , the host left for us a wine bottle and water which was very nice , and he was so helpful and helped a lot with places to go , to be honest I didn’t expect this with the price that they offer , coz the apartment deserve much more and it is like your home with so much privacy , it is easy to find and the streets are easy to access, it can accommodate a family with it spacious. I loved it and the host should take photography sessions:) it is so much more modern and classy and great than the photos

It's a cozy place with fantastic views. There's a lovely small Dervio town nearby and with a car you can get to anywhere you need.

The place was cold upon arrival in winter-time and it took a long time for the heating to warm the casa.

Very nice apartment with a beautiful view over the lake. Decently equipped to make your own lunch and dinner. Even though it is very close to the highway you are not disturbed by the noise.

The place is located a bit outside of town. So at night the roads are very dark and with no sidewalk. It's a dead end street, so traffic is very limited.

Perfect location, great view. Owner was really polite and helpfull. We recommend this place as a base to visit the whole Como region.

The apartment was beautiful, and the view of he lake was incredible. We went in December and were very happy with the underfloor heating. The host recommends various restaurants in the welcome pack and the ones we tested were better than the restaurants we tried that weren't recommended! The host lived next door if needed but we didn't need for anything else.

I don't think anything could have been better! Note, we had a hire car and I'd say it was important to have a car to travel to and from the property, in addition to getting around the many beautiful places around Lake Como.

We had a delightful stay at this cozy house with its charming ambiance. The views of the lake and mountains were simply breathtaking, creating a serene atmosphere. The interior was tastefully decorated, providing a warm and inviting retreat. The comfortable amenities added to the overall experience, making it a perfect getaway. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a peaceful and picturesque escape.

Superb house right on Lake Como, you wake up to the most amazing views of the lake. Lovely big balcony to take in the view. Very hospitable family runs the place, we reached late, they very kindly organised dinner for us and gave us milk for the next morning. The house is very comfortable & modern, the kitchen is well equipped, there’s a big laundry room and underfloor heating. The bed was very comfortable. Safe car parking within the compound if you’re driving.

Nothing, lovely house. Not a negative point, but you will need a car to get around, as Dervio is a bit remote.

The location is perfect. Views from the apartment to Lago Como are splendid . Very clean and sophisticated house, our host was very friendly and helpful.
