ININININOn site it was written air conditioned and breakfast complimentary, but hotel staff informed us, customers who are coming through booking.com have to pay extra for AC and Complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms were small and not very neat. As for me with this experience , next time travelling I will hesitate to book through booking.com

Linen could have been better
ININININRoom was good. There was a sea facing balcony for the additional amount of Rs.200/- day. They provided tooth paste, tooth brushes and a small quantity of coconut oil, Hot water is available in morning hours. Though Lift was not operating on second day i.e. 24.10.2023 other days it was working.
Restaurant service is very poor. You will never get room service after ordering. They even will not inform you their inability to serve in the room. Lift become Unserviceable on 24.1.2023. Lift is too smelly. Second day they are not giving Soaps tooth paste, Drinking water bottle on of stay without asking. No one is coming for cleaning on daily basis- Room cleaning and waste removal is done before check in only.
