Staff at the reception were unprofessional. There was a local package available but we were not informed about the same inspite of enquiring about it,we wasted one day.
INWhile coming checking out, we dropped one of the key in the lift gap and keys could not be recovered as they said that they have no technician to open the lift around and they had no intention to help us out as the lift were working normally. They allowed us to leave the property only after extorting a huge sum without a receipt. I never had this kind of experience in Tamil Nadu which usually a customer friendly.
