Aayu Melayu - George Town Penang

I think to call it “good” is a fair assessment. It is a heritage property so it was quite beautiful. It was also within walking distance of Chulia St., and other points of interest. The staff was pleasant and organized events every day.

Having said that, the room I got was on the second floor and the staircase was quite narrow. It was extremely difficult to get the luggage up. Moreover, the rooms don’t have attached washrooms so that’s a bit of an inconvenience.

Able to change to a room that had windows that could close over the shutters. Much preferred the privacy.

The booked room had shutter’s that directly opened to the landing and didn’t have glass window that could close, this meant the room didn’t feel private. Only one combined bathroom/toilet that was shared.

Das Hotel liegt mitten in Oldtown von Penang. Das Personal ist sehr nett.

Es könnte sauberer sein. Die Betten waren durchgelegen und sehr unbequem.

有文化氣息的住宿，拍照美美的 。

下雨時，鉄皮屋頂會有嘈音。

Property supervisor was friendly and even upgraded us to a larger room as the initial room which was offered to us was smaller than what it was shown on the platform.
