It’s really value for money - location and facilities are great. I liked how the management would organise little tours and activities for guests to join too.

Shared bathrooms can cause a bit of a jam logistics wise but all things considered , a small inconvenience.

Good location near most attractions in Georgetown

The wooden floor could be sometimes annoying if someone upstairs make noise

The set up and ID of the common area, especially the lobby/ground floor was very clean and neat. The toilet and shower were clean too.

With the double bed in, there available space to move around was barely enough. The pillows were terrible, and the mattress sagged when you lied on the bed.

Super atentos, pedimos un de habitación porque la nuestra no era lo que esperábamos y nos cambiaron muy rapido y sin problema. Siempre que necesitas algo les escribes y te responden al segundo. La segunda habitación que estuvimos era muy bonita, tenia todo lo necesario. La ubicación es perfecta.

Hay algunas habitaciones que no tienen ventana y no nos dio buena sensacion. El baño compartido no es como sale en las fotos.

For the rest it’s not worth it. I stayed in a tiny room without windows or even a place to put my bag. Literally I had to open the door in the mornings to have some air into the room. The showers and toilets were not really clean. Spiders in the toilet. I stayed in different places at George Town I can say this is the worst place considering price vs value. You can find better accommodation in the city for the same price or even less.

Location is great. Easy walk to all the main attractions, the bus terminal and the mall. Laundry machine, filtered water and fridge available. Clothes rack in the room is nice. Staff very friendly easy to communicate over WhatsApp.

My room was very small, wouldn’t have been big enough for 2 people but there is a 2 person bed nonetheless taking up all the space. AC very loud and not super cold because the room is not insulated in any way bc it’s so old. Rest of the building is also warm. Indeed the building is wood so makes noise but it’s ok with earplugs. A single electric stove would have been very nice.
