everything was as advertised. the room was very clean and tidy bathroom was just as good and there is a fully functioning kitchen and living room for everyone to use. host was excellent and happy to help in anyway possible. would highly recommend and if I’m in the area again I will be trying to get a room there 👍

"Disappointing"

Location very central

No toilet roll in bathroom, had to leave early to use services on way home. Stair light kept randomly coming on, hence lighting up bedroom. 2 velux windows in bedroom could do with blinds, as light in as soon as daylight begin(around 6am).

The Cleanliness of the place. Its location is wonderful,...Clubs, pubs and restaurants close by. Its right in the Heart of Brighouse.

Nothing

Heating did not work in my room, room and bedding was dirty, hot water in bathroom shower constantly varied between unbearable and ice cold and could not be regulated. Bathroom was dirty.
