good position. close to city centre. buses from outside the flat well supplied with crockery, cutlery pans etc.

we thought it was a ground floor flat but actually was in basement but had access to garden through patio doors with chairs and table. which meant i had to go up and down stairs which i'm having difficulty with.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Garden flat. The apartment felt cozy and comfortable and was clean and Janeanne was a kind and welcoming host. We even got to relax in the garden on a nice day.

Tuvimos inconvenientes con la calefacción y pasamos frío, el anfitrión estuvo en contacto siempre y estuvo atento a la reparación.

La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena. En un breve paseo estás en el centro de Edimburgo, y se pueden coger autobuses o el tranvía a 10 minutos si hay que ir más lejos. El apartamento es pequeño en su conjunto, pero tiene de todo. Una sala de estar completa y muy acogedora, una habitación correcta de medida con una cama confortable, un baño y una cocina completos y un pequeño jardín, que si el tiempo lo permite, se puede disfrutar. En resumen, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de tranquilidad en un barrio cercano al centro de Edimburgo. La entrada al edificio no es lo mejor que tiene, pero el apartamento lo compensa

Nada, todo estuvo muy correcto. Puestos a pedir, que tuviera más luz natural, pero teniendo en cuenta que es un bajo, ya es lo que toca

The location was great- easily walkable to lovely restaurants and the centre of Edinburgh. The flat itself was great- almost everything you would want, very clean and well looked after. The patio doors into the shared garden was a bonus, and lovely to have coffee in the morning.

We were staying in Edinburgh as part of a longer trip, and carrying suitcases down the stairs was a bit tricky. The bedroom was lovely, and spotless, but personally we would have preferred firmer bed.

Peaceful and clean accommodation, very nice and modern bathroom. Location was great, easy access to both old town and river shore by bus (35). Bakery and supermarket just across the street. Host was very helpful and easy to get in touch with when needed.

The property was the perfect size for 2 adults. It was fully stocked with the essentials for cooking (excluding food) which was nice when we did not want to eat out. We had easy access to bus stops and a co-op at the corner. It’s centrally located to all the attractions and the town in general.

Good location in a nice non-touristic local neighborhood with a short distance to the tram stop and the city centre. Also, it was nice having the opportunity to sit in the garden.

A 140 cm bed isn’t luxury.

Lovely, quiet flat at the rear lower ground floor, with a garden. On bus routes and close to the tram. Jeananne was a very friendly and helpful host. The provision of fresh milk, coffee pods and Scottish shortbread on arrival was lovely! Lots of shops nearby to stock up in provisions, if necessary, but with lots of good cafes and restaurants in Edinburgh, we ate out.
