Garden Flat

This apartment was a true gem. While the building and hallway/stairs leading to it aren't beautiful, the unit was fantastic!

A few minor issues but the host was very responsive.

Lovely flat with an even lovelier outside space to sit and enjoy a coffee in the sun. The bed was very comfortably and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was very easy to reach with public transport from the Airport, the City Center and Leith.

Everything was perfect, would recomend. Lovely garden for morning coffe. Bus station close to apartment. Host is amazing and helpfull.

Janeanne made us feel so welcome, having milk and shortbread in the press for us along with tea/coffee and all the essentials in the apartment made the stay more homely. Such a beautiful apartment and in a perfect location, bus stop just a few mins walk down the road. Janeanne was so kind to even let us leave the apartment later as we had a late flight home. Thank you so much for all your help, strongly suggest staying here for your trip to edinburgh over a hotel! Would 100% stay here when we return again!

The apartment is great. It's really well connected to the city center, both by bus and on foot. Edinburgh is super walkable, and it's only about 15 minutes to the Royal Mile from the flat, which is awesome! The apartment is spacious and clean, and the bed and pillows are really comfy. The kitchen is fully equipped, and Jeneanne left us the perfect welcome pack. The area is quiet, surrounded by shops and places to eat. The flat is peaceful, and even though it's on the ground floor, it has access to a beautiful, light-filled garden. I 100% recommend this flat for your visit to Edinburgh. Great wee flat. Super clean and comfy. Excellent info and welcome from Janeanne. Lovely touches - coffee pods, fresh milk, and shortbread. Loved the location, lots of independent shops/eateries nearby, and well connected to the city centre. Highly recommend.

Everything was just perfect! Lovely Janeanne welcomed us with keys. Apartment was in amazing location and it had everything we could possibly need. We would definitely come back if staying overnight in Edinburgh!

Cosy comfortable and quiet apartment with very good facilities in a convenient location. Nice to have option of sitting out in garden.
