room...

this is my first experience to Miri, and to the hotel...i just want to say about the receptionist..the receiptionist was so bad..she dont smile and greeting me..i wait almost 2 minutes in front of her without she say anything..i said i want to check in, and the receiptionist dont even bother me...u can check back at ur cctv i check in on 13/8/205 in evening..maybe around 6.30-7.30 pm..

The air conditioner is hot and loud. There's a cockroach in the toilet. The window is open as soon as entered the room. The wifi is so lagging and the tv channel is not properly working. Room 144
