1) Doorman was extremely polite and helpful. He was very welcoming. Unfortunately, any hospitality ends there at the door. The rest of the hotel was a nightmare, from front office staff to housekeeping to cleanliness to noise level, everything was extremely poor.

1) Rude, unfriendly, unprofessional, unhelpful front office staff (a petite young lady wearing black headscarf). Check-in on 16th-Jul-2025, around 4:15pm. One of our rooms were not ready. When I asked 'isn't check-in supposed to be at 3pm?', she pushed away responsibilities saying 'it is housekeeping fault, they have not finished cleaning, not front office fault'. When I asked again 'are you all not under the same hotel?' She repeated again pointing the fault to housekeeping. She can't raise the slightest smile when she attended to us, only showing us a grumpy look and talking to us in an annoyed tone. 2) Rude, unfriendly, unprofessional, unhelpful front office staff (same young lady as first day). Second day 17th-Jul-2025, we were out whole day from 8am, returned at 5pm. One of our rooms were not made. We called reception asking why it is not made. The reception / front office lady simply said 'don't know (tak tahu)'. She made no attempt to take any action to rectify the problem. 3) Dirty towel. All towels smell bad, and look old and yellowish. Only 1 bath towel per person provided. No face towel or small towel. 4) Dirty bathroom. Bathroom is very poorly maintained. All walls and floors are dirty, with the sides of the tiles black covered in mould. Reek of urine smell. We can smell from outside the bathroom. There is no handheld shower head. Shower head is on the ceiling. Careful when you turn on the tap. Cold water immediately flows over your head. 5) Room smells of cigarettes. Strong smell of cigarettes in the room. It comes and goes, very strong especially at night till morning. 6) Loud noises till late at night. We heard loud noise late at night. People talking and laughing loudly until midnight. 7) Lack of toiletries. Toiletries very poor quality, especially the soap (too thin piece) and not enough provided. Only 1 pair of room slippers provides for 2 guests.
