The property was a really good size. Clean, and all amenities were provided. Staff were friendly on arrival. Great location for City centre.

When went to check in the door was locked and Took a short tine for someobe to answer the phone and cone to the door.

Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment.

It was such a hassle to get checked in and parked. Doesn’t help that reception isn’t manned even when they know what time you are going to arrive. Also doesn’t help that reception isn’t manned further up the street than the actual apartment entrance. Got a bit of a cheek asking for £100 security deposit when living-room carpet had holes in it, bedside light was hanging off the wall, one bedroom carpet had various marks or burns to it and the in main bathroom the bath panel would spring out when you try to open the bathroom door. The panel was also very stiff to close and open. The bath mat for the en-suite shower was left partially lying in the shower so it was soaking wet as it probably had soaked up all the residual water from the room being cleaned. 2 of the kitchen cupboard doors were also hanging at an angle. Lots of these issues could be rectified for very litre cost.

Sauberkeit könnte höher sein, der Abfluss am Küchenbecken war defekt, Fenster waren extrem dreckig! Betten waren ok , keine guten Ablegemöglichkeiten im Schlafzimmer, in der Küche alles nur für 4 Personen, keine Kanne oder Krug vorhanden.

Good size kitchen and living Nice having a washer/dryer!

Elevator was not at ground level. Had to carry the suitcases up several stairs first. The floor needed to be vacuumed when we arrived, and the indoor corridors were quite dirty in spots.

The reception staff was friendly and welcoming and the size of the apartment was good.

The stairs were dirty, the carpet stopped after floor 2 ans was like walking up car park steps, bits of food and rubbish thrown and not cleaned. The lock on the door wasn't there, it didnt lock from the inside, didnt feel safe. Big staines on the carpets. Shoddy paintwork. The photos make it look far more luxury that it actually is. It also smelled throughout like indian food.
