Broken window in one bedroom didn't close properly hence street noise all night. We were concerned that it might actually fall out! Also our son came one night so we asked to use the sofa bed in the apartment. We were charged and provided with a sheet, pillow and blanket. When we came to make up the bed, the previous dirty bedding was still on the sofa bed, including a false nail and dirty mattress protector - utterly revolting. There was no one present on site to rectify this, and when I spoke with the manager the next day to complain she seemed surprised that I was not impressed - and despite explicitly asking for a refund for the extra money she said that as a sheet had been provided that this was impossible.

The locks on all doors don’t work. Even the front door took a while to lock properly. It didn’t feel safe.

Tired interior, late night noise from nearby pub

Fantastic location, great size, comfy beds

Slightly hard to find and check in (different door for reception than the apartments). Small signs of wear and tear in some places, particularly the kitchen
