Közvetlen lejárat a tengerre, bolt, étterem 5perc séta távolság, Opatia is 20perc séta a parti sétányon . Tökéletes elhelyezkedés, csodálatos kert, gyönyörű kilátás, könnyű megközelítés, parkolás saját parkolóban, kényelmes szállás. A vendégházban 2 szoba, fürdőszoba, ami teljesen felszerelt, nappali es külön bejárattal konyha, ami szintén teljesen felszerelt.
