Our family experience here was amazing. The farm is lovely. The setting private yet convenient. Our rooms are new and clean. Best of all were the two people who made are visit more than just another vacation. Angela and Eric and great!!

Off the track, literally on a farm, nicely laid out. Total escape from the works outside. Maria and Angela are fantastic. Very warm and welcoming. Food was an unexpected delight. The breakfasts were outstanding and dinner at night really classy. All local ingredients and recipes. The real deal.

The WiFi is v patchy and even though it’s nice to escape the world it’s a necessary evil. Quite frustrating. Would happily have no TV but not no WiFi.

"DonnaPaola is outstanding and a must to stay at if you are in Altamura."

Maria and Angela and Susha were wonderful! They made us feel comfortable and welcome. Even though we arrived very late, Maria was on hand to greet us and made check in easy. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The food made by Angela was all fresh homemade and exceeded our expectations. She took time to tell us about each item and shared how it was made. Both she and Maria spent time talking to us and telling us about themselves and DonnaPaola. Maria is an artist and while you are there, be sure to look for her sculptures. The rooms also have her work as part of the decorations. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The views are stunning. It is peaceful and quiet. We will be sure to come back and stay longer.

The only thing I might suggest to improve is the lighting on the steps to the room. We arrived after dark and there was no light on the steps.

• Beautiful grounds • Comfortable, clean, modern rooms (with gorgeous tile artwork) • Friendly staff • Breakfast was divine—a beautifully prepared selection of cakes, tarts, bread, charcuterie, cheese, yogurt and fresh juice. • Dinner is also available onsite and is a must. Fabulous wines, local produce prepared simply and beautifully—a real delight! • Tour the grounds to learn about the future plans for the property and learn more about this amazing region.

Not a negative but noting this property is not the most convenient base for heading out and exploring surrounding towns. Recommend booking if you want to enjoy some down, disconnect, and relax by the pool etc.

The road there is very long and rough off road Need a decent car Takes 10 mins to get in/out
