Amazing stay at Casa Contra! The location is perfect, so close to La Spezia Centrale station for catching trains to Cinque Terre, plus there are great restaurants nearby and a private parking garage just a short walk away. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities and kitchenware we needed. What really stood out was the owner; she was so friendly, gave us the best local tips, and even gifted us beautiful photographs of Cinque Terre. We will absolutely stay here again on our next trip!

Location an arms throw to the train station.. Security we felt very safe. Style of apartment was amazing, very comfortable sofa bed and my daughter had a very comfortable pull down bed. There was tea, coffee and water provided and a fully funtional kitchen also in a hall cupboard were laundry facilities. The owner took her time to explain things of interest in the area, places to eat and modes of transport.Would definitely stay again.

Nulla. Solo per consiglio, metterei una tenda anche sulla finestra in bagno è molto grande, ma in realtà chiudendo un po’ gli scuri va bene uguale.

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Contra. From the moment I arrived, I received a very warm welcome. The hosts are incredibly friendly, kind, and genuinely caring people who immediately made me feel at home. The studio itself has everything needed for a comfortable stay: clean, cozy, and very well equipped. What I appreciated most was how helpful the owners were upon arrival. They really took the time to think along with me, gave useful information about the train and boat connections, and shared great tips for restaurants and places to visit in the area. As a very special extra, I was even allowed to choose a beautiful photo myself. The owner studies photography, and you can really see the passion and talent in the artwork. Highly recommended for anyone visiting La Spezia and the Cinque Terre area!
