The host Mr. Miri was there to receive us in-person. Very politely explained all the things about entry and facilities, was so kind and generous to even present us with his own clicks as a welcome gift. Couldn't wish for a better stay!

Nothing, everything was just perfect.

Great location, 2-3 minutes form the train station (we were visiting Cinque Terre). Garage and shop are within 2 minutes form the apartment. The apartment was very clean with comfortable beds. Fatmir was excellent host, promptly responding to our inquiries. We were arriving late at night, and he provides us with the detailed instructions (text, pictures and video) on how to perform a check-in and where to park. Kids (8 and 10) loved it very much.

Very clean and modern, location is great, close to everything. The hosts were extremely kind and made sure we had everything we needed. I totally recommend this place.

Fresh and clean. Located close to the train station. The host and his wife met us at the property and made sure that we had everything we needed. Small, but well equipped kitchen area. We had everything we needed for our short stay.

Just a personal preference, but I don't like plastic backed mattress covers, nor memory foam pillows.

I loved this place!!! To our surprise, we were upgraded to a beautiful apartment with a bedroom. From before we came, she sent us pictures detailing where to park, the front of the building, how to get inside.....Extremely efficient! We weren't sure about the parking and she hopped in our car and showed us! The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, coffee, safe, a great shower, towels, an AC in the bedroom and a separate one in the kitchen and sitting area, books, 2 TVs, toys for kids and games and so much more! She even has a shared laundry machine and a balcony to hang your clothes to dry. Very secure apartment and you could easily tell how passionate she is about her apartments and her service went above and beyond my expectations! She gave us a plastic pocket to put the key card and the keys as back up in case we lose the card. The hostess was very nice and shared all the information we needed about Cinque Terre, train schedule and so on! She went to the length of making a reservation for us at a restaurant which we loved! Every little detail is well thought out! Also you are less than 3 minutes away from the train station, carrefour grocery store, restaurants and so much more!
