- The location was close to the station, just two minutes. It was also walking distance to the center and all the restaurants. - The hosts were just great. The accommodated all of our wishes. We were a group of 4 and rented two apartments next to each other. They made everything so easy for us. They explained the touristic places and took their time to make us feel welcomed. - It was very clean, very comfortable, and it had all the amenities we needed. They also gave us fresh towels, which is usually not provided when booking an apartment. - The security system was perfect. Even though they are apartments, they designed the entrance to the building so perfectly that you feel really safe.

Location, staff very friendly and explain to you everything in details. Train station is 50 m from apartment and easy way to visit ciunqe terre. Parking garage is 150 metars from apartmen and covered and cost 16 euros per day. Use it for sure. Parking is opened from 9 am till 8 pm. Apartmen is in centar. Has everything what you need it.

The owner went above & beyond in order to make us feel comfortable. He was very informative and gave us some very good tips regarding our stay. The apartment is not big but comfortable enough for a family of 4. Location is perfect, just by the train station but not noisy and close to many restaurants and a grocery store. The place was spotless clean which we highly appreciated!

It was clean, very well located & comfortable for our family of four. Overnight parking is very close at a very reasonable rate. The host, Miri, was extremely helpful and I would 100% recommend this apartment and stay there again.

Our stay in La Spezia was exceptional, thanks to our wonderful accommodation. The location is incredibly convenient, being very close to the train station, which made our travels in and around the city extremely easy. The apartment itself is clean, modern, and well-equipped. We didn't lack anything during our stay, as everything we needed was readily available. Moreover, the host was outstanding, earning a perfect 10 from us. They were responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring about our experience, ensuring we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, this accommodation greatly enhanced our visit to La Spezia. Highly recommended!

Very clean, wonderful host. Few steps from the station and then to Cinque Terre. The host was very welcoming with wine and gave us all the tips to travel. Property was very clean and you got all the utilities needed. Highly highly recommend them. This was our best stay in our entire 2 weeks trip.

Great location. Right next to the train station but it wasn’t noisy. I didn’t hear the trains. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Felt very safe area. Host was lovely. Elevator for luggage. Great air con. Easy access to Cinque Terre by train or ferry.

It is a small apartment but it has everything you need. We were only staying so we could explore so the size wasn’t an issue.

The owner is so kind. The location is great as it is close to the station. There is also a supermarket near the house. The bathroom is spacious and nice, and the kitchen is also clean.
