Modena Visit Apartment

The apartment is great for a family, very spacious it has a big living room with lots of games and books + large bedrooms.It gets lots of natural light and there is secure parking by the building as well as public parking right outside. The communication with the hosts was great, easy check-in and check-out.

There was an unpleasant old building smell going up to the apartment, there is no elevator. Some of the furniture is old and in need of updating.

Asunto tilava ja siisti. Kauniita yksityiskohtia, isot ikkunat. Isäntä ystävällinen ja avulias. Ohjeet selkeitä. Asunnon sijainti hyvä ,rauhallisella kauniilla alueella. Lähellä iso kauppa ja keskusta kävelymatkan päässä. Teimme päiväretkiä Ferrari ja Lambourginin museoihin. Hyvät paikallisbussi yhteydet. Modena on kaunis kaupunki jossa talojen lisäksi viheralueita ja yleisilme siisti.

Keittiössä olisi hyvä uudistaa hiukan keittovälineitä, kun kuitenkin on hyvä ja toimiva ruuan valmistus keittiö.

Appartamento ampio, pulito, accogliente e confortevole. Posizione ottima per parcheggio, servizi e vicinanza al centro storico.

La qualità del bagno è migliorabile, per alcuni versi inferiore rispetto al resto dell’appartamento

I loved everything about the place. One thing I really appreciated was that the floor isn’t tile—it’s warm and comfortable to walk on. It made a big difference since my baby could crawl around easily, unlike in other apartments where the tile floor feels really cold.

Good size. Everything you need. Easy walk into the heart of Modena. Responsive host, great communication. It really was effortless.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise nach Livorno nur für eine Nacht in dem Appartement. Es hat uns aber super gut gefallen. Besonders der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Da wir erst gegen Abend ankommen würden, erhielten wir alle Informationen zum Check in über das Handy. Unser Auto konnten wir auf einem abschließbaren Hof parken. Auf dem Tisch lag Infomaterial über Modena in mehreren Sprachen und ganz besonders nett fanden wir die Hinweise für gute Restaurants und eine besondere Sehenswürdigkeit- die 'Leccio di San Paolo' eine wunderschöne alte Steineiche in einem schönen Innenhof. Morgens konnten wir uns im Appartement einen Kaffee kochen. Alles war vorhanden. Wir hatten nur wenig Zeit, haben aber Dank der tollen Unterstützung der Vermieter viel gesehen. Immer wieder gern. Danke dafür!
