"Comfy stay with wonderful customer service"

Customer service was excellent; responsive and great communicators. Maggie in particular was super, offering restaurant suggestions, things to do, advice etc; I felt she was available for any questions and solve any issue; not that there were any issues, but just knowing she was responsive just in case gives guests a sense of security and comfort. Room was impeccably clean, modern, and very comfortable, with good sustainability options.

Not a deal-breaker, but the choice of rooms was either at an internal entrance to a courtyard which mean if the curtains were open it meant anyone coming and going could see in the room, or the other option being on the road which had noise.
