I really loved the guesthouse’s charm and warm atmosphere. The location in Gemmayzeh is perfect, close to great cafes, restaurants, and nightlife. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help with anything I needed.

Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. Everything was great, nothing to complain about.

Centrally located, close to many amenities.

Issue with payment. The links to pay with credit card did not work. It was inconvenient for both the administrator and me. But it got resolved.

Wunderschönes Apartment im Herzen von Beirut. Sehr gemütlich und vor Allem sehr sauber. Check In war super easy, auf Grund der Infos vorab. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das war nicht mein letzter Aufenthalt in Beirut, der nächste definitiv wieder im Zita!! Danke vor allem an Maggie, sie ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, supernett und professionell!! Bis bald...

The location was right in the middle of all the fun. I was very easy to access to all parts of the city from Mar Mikhael. The accommodation was also very compact and functional. Price and performance wise I would choose to stay in the same place again.

Payment system gave me a trouble, for some reason the card authentication did not proceed and it charged me every time I tried. But eventually I paid at sight the next day of my check in, thanks to my host's cooperation.

Excellent location. Check-in was straightforward with clear instructions. The host was consistently available via WhatsApp and, if needed, was on-site within 5 minutes to assist with any requests. The apartment was spotless. The space is a bit compact, but otherwise, I had no complaints.

I like that the staff reached out a few days before to confirm the reservation and share the directions of accessing the room. It was easy and accessible uncomfortable although a bit small but it has everything one would need if they’re staying in Beirut and not dedicating their time to staying inside.

It needs a full body mirror maybe some snacks or a fridge and a proper desk space for someone working with a laptop

The rooms are really nice, well built and well designed. The host was very kind, we had a complaint and they took immediate action. It's easy access and check-in is smooth.

The place needs some deep cleaning and better cleaning products, lots of stains, it very nice space but not well maintained in terms of cleaning. I didn't get the check-in instruction until I asked, although they responded fast when I reached out to them.

Very central location close to all the attractions in Beirut. It's a walking distance from all pubs and restaurants.
