Stone House Bed and Breakfast

Sulgrave is a lovely village and Susie was welcoming and very nice. The bedroom was spacious, bed comfortable and brilliant wifi.

I was unsure how many people were sharing the bathroom/toilet with me, the disadvantage to it being several, is getting the use of the toilet when you need to. But I knew in advance that I would be sharing the bathroom. Sadly, another guest's use of the bathroom at about 5am disturbed my sleep and then other guests were showering at 6am and having early breakfast, their voices could be heard so I gave up on further sleep. The household includes a couple of dogs which barked when the other guests were moving around early. The curtains in the room, whilst beautiful and thick, were very noisy and heavy to draw across or apart. For these reasons, this was not a bnb that I would suggest would be ideal for a holiday, longer stay, but a stopover en route to other places.

The property is located in a lovely village, a short walk from a pub. Clean, comfortable and good value for money.

A delightful old property in a pretty village. The couple owning the place are very friendly and helpful. Quaint.

Sharing a bathroom and WC is always a downside, but this is reflected in the price and was known in advance

The location was superb for me since I m coming from London I’m looking for a peaceful countryside location Plus the interior of the house is in a lovely old English style but you also have the TV with plenty of channels to browse through All in all the best place I ve stayed in so far while travelling

Gorgeous area in the countryside. Quite setting and accommodating host who allowed me to checkin before 10pm. Room was spacious, airy and well lit with everything that I needed. Bed was comfortable. As I was just staying for the night I didn't get to use much as I went straight to sleep and checked out the next morning. Had a lovely breakfast made and enjoyed the company. Would definitely recommend for those staying around the area and the value for money is second to none.
