Ruby cruise is a very good cruise,food is delicious. Viet was our guide,he is a very polite and good guy,very helpful.

Jorli the guide was very rude. When we asked for help with our bags we were told “this is not our mission”, when we asked for ice we were told “go take it yourself”. The whole atmosphere was not nice and felt like we asked for favours and not like we’re in a vacation we paid for. At the stops his explanations were robotic. And on top of all that they ask for money for drinks you bring from outside, without prior notice. After lunch we were told coffee and tea are free, so we asked for coffee - then of course it appeared on the final bill! We ate vegetarian and the possibilities were poor and just not enough, when asked for more we were said there’s no more left. The whole experience was just bad. You are not supposed to deal with these kinds of things on such an expensive vacation.

Ruby cruise is like a private boat for us.Clean and spacious room, everything was provided.Food was great too, taste and serving were satisfying.Excellent customer service.Very nice staff..good cruise to stay.
