The accommodation has amazing view, and the host was very polite.

Nice balcony view and lovely host, also came with supplies on arrival like small dry breads, jam and sweets. Very homely vibe. Only two minutes walk down to and from the beach via some stairs through the back of holiday homes.

I would say it is a little bit dated but still a great stay for a budget holiday :)

Η καταπληκτική θέα του δωματίου. Οι παροχες, όπως καφές, κάποια υλικά για πρωινό, εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ανακαινισμένο μπάνιο. Καθημερινή καθαριότητα. Η σχέση τιμής και ποιότητας είναι άριστη!

I stayed for 3 nights in August. The property is located very close to the main street and the beach of Agios Ioannis. There is no need to use the car for it, it's just 5 min walk by the road or a bit less by a path of stairs that exists next to the property (but you must be a bit careful in that case, especially at night, because of the significant incline; it's a bit slippery at a specific point and also tiring for some people to walk back). The room was clean enough, the AC and the refrigerator were working well. Furthermore, I was reading that parking in Agios Ioannis may be a trouble in August, but I didn't face such a problem during my stay. I was parking my car at the road by the property. Finally, I liked the fact that Maria is a very kind, discreet and understanding person, making my accommodation even more comfortable! Thank you so much! For sure you will be my first option in the future!
