Siamo venuti a Bergamo per festeggiare il mio compleanno. L'appartamento ci è piaciuto molto, era pulito, accogliente, la ragazza alla reception è stata molto gentile, ci ha accolti e ci ha spiegato tutto, ci siamo divertiti moltissimo, grazie.

Dobrze wyposażone apartamenty, czysto, bardzo miła obsługa na miejscu

Garaż placisz 10 euro za dzień- jest ciasny. Mieliśmy Forda Pume więc dało się wmanewrować i wymanewrowac w miejsce parkingowe ale vanem czy jakimś większym autem ciężko byłoby to zrobić.

Location is good, near train station, you can get to whereever you need from there.

I was disappointed to receive a completely different apartment than the one I booked. When I arrived, I messaged the host, thinking there had been a mistake, as the room looked nothing like the photos. The host claimed they changed it because my original booking didn’t include air conditioning. However, the listing showed that it did. The room I booked had a parquet floor, but the one I got had tiles, among other differences in the interior. I was very unpleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room. There were stains on the walls, and the night blanket was in such poor condition that I couldn’t use it. The bed was made of two separate mattresses that shifted during sleep, making it very uncomfortable. Worst of all, I found a blue acrylic nail stuck to one of the white towels — absolutely disgusting.

Accessible from airport and lower town

Very basic facilities. No air con, cheap fan, floor falling apart. Unable to access Wifi for 3 days and owner unwilling to help at all. Chased on here and Whatsapp to no avail. Alleged Whatsapp sent and I repeatedly advised not received, failed to advise why they couldn’t email or deal on here.
