Vila Iremia

Krásné ubytování, asi nejlepší vůbec. Nadstandardní vybavení, vše bylo perfektní. Postele velmi pohodlnné. Majitel myslel opravdu na vše - plážové deky k dispozici pro všechny hosty, káva, čaj, víno a snack k dispozici, krásná koupelna dokonce i s bidetem. Blízko je pláž, obchod, kavárna... Majitel byl velmi přátelský a k dispozici na whatsapp pro jakékoli dotazy. Wifi fungovala dobře. Parkování bylo k dispozici. Nebyl problém se ubytovat později po domluvě.

Nedostali jsme klíč od branky na ulici tam, kde jsme parkovali, museli jsme dům neustále obcházet. Měli jsme problém najít, kde přesně je vchod do ubytování a parking. Zaparkovali jsme jinde a pak jsme šli hledat, kudy do domu, zvonek jsme nenašli. Parkování u ubytování byla trochu výzva, úzký prostor u zdi.

I really recommend this villa for your stay on Corfu! Interior is very beautiful and aesthetic, exterior is very green and nice as well. The host Remi is also cute and very helpful. One more plus is that they have their own subbeds on the beach, so you don’t need to pay extra 20€ for that.

Nothing, everything was perfect

Fantastic location. The hosts were incredibly friendly and even allowed us to use a paddle board free of charge. The property was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely look to stay again on our next visit to Corfu!

Wonderful host who was very communicative and met me at the bus stop to escort me to the apartment. Also gave me information about the estaurants, coffee bars, supermarket etc (thank you Remi). Lovely apartment in a pretty complex, walking distance to Barbati beach, the local well stocked supermarket and bus stops to the North of the island and Corfu Town. Well fitted kitchen with all the utensils, pots. pans, crockery and cutlery you could want for cooking full meals. Microwave, kettle, coffee machine, stovetop, fridge. Basket of snacks and a bottle of wine was provided, also seasonings, olive oil, tea, coffee, sugar etc, and chilled water in the fridge. Two beach towels in the wardrobe. A couple of sunbeds and an umbrella on the beach were owned by the host (first come first serve). Barbati is a beach holiday destination with not much to do but swim, sunbathe, eat and drink. But since it is on the bus route you can hop on a bus and get to various destinations for day trips. Remi and his wife Liz couldn't do enough for you. When I mentioned I was an avid reader, they dropped off a number of books for me, and on the first day Remi noted that I preferred white wine to red, so he brought me a bottle of white to swap for the red in the gift basket. You couldn't find nicer people. Highly recommended for a quiet beach holiday away from it all.

Mosquito screens on the windows would have been helpful. There were two electronic mosquito killers provided (and I brought two more with me), but although I used all of them the mozzies still got in and bit me LOL! Also some net curtains on the windows for privacy. Remi was working on the garden to the side of the apartment during my stay, which is immediately outside and above the level of the windows of the apartment. There was also a male guest that walked by at the same level. If you get out of the shower with nothing on, you have to close all the curtains in order to walk from the bathroom to the bedroom without being seen. Similarly when you are getting dressed or undressed in the bedroom. Net curtains would give a sense of much needed privacy. Men probably wouldn't be so bothered, but women and girls might appreciate it.

Had everything that we needed for a week stay - spacious, clean and modern. It was in a great location to get to all of the beautiful coves along the coast, but also within reach of old town. Parking was available from the host, who, was also excellent. Remi provided us with lots of recommendations for the surrounding area while we were there - and some top restaurants. He was always available if we needed him! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vila Iremia to anyone!

This beautiful apartment is in an ideal location, with everything you need — and more. It might sound a bit funny, but we loved the duvet, especially since previous apartments didn’t have them (in February). The stunning beach is just a 3-minute walk away. The host is incredibly kind and gave great recommendations for local spots to visit. We highly recommend choosing Vila Iremia in Corfu!
