Hotel JANAS

I was surprised to find that the Restaurant was Veg cum Non-veg. I would have been more comfortable with an option more suited to our family's dietary preferences, as it was quite late when we reached,we had to make do with what was available. If I had known about it beforehand I would have chosen differently.

There was not much difference in the size/amenities of a Standard Room and a Superior Deluxe room, except in the tariff. The hotel did not take proper care of the key cards I had tendered at the reception while going out to the temple in the morning. When approached, we were asked to use the card of the second room we had taken to gain admission into our room. Had to raise my voice before they provided a replacement card to enter our own room. Most of the vegetarian items listed in the menu were not available. The food was okay. staff could have been more attentive.

Value for money and location is good.

Rooms are small

The room was ok, bathroom was good. some of the furnitures were too old in the room. That made it a little uncomfortable. Otherwise the location was in the centre of city. Quite far from the Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple. I mistakenly booked this place thinking it was close to the temple.
