Location of the property. Hospitality was good.

Food was not good Room provided to us was beside kitchen blower and the noise was nightmare. They have switched our room after a night stay.

The hotel is clean, facilities are good. Room is good and the bath room is clean and good. Room service is good. Food in restaurant is tasty.

Some suggestions to improve the overall effect of the stay would be improving the communication. At reception, they should explain all the specifics including what is available in room, restaurant timings, internet details, checkout time etc even though the customer may know some of them. The same with restaurant staff particularly with required gestures.
