Amalfi Montemare Rooms

The location of Amalfi Montemarte was beautiful the on site car parking was great. The apartment was a little further from Amalfi than we anticipated but the bus stops outside the apartment and is only a 20 min journey. Alfonso was a great host and had lots of information on the area in the appartment. Only wish we had booked for longer. Thank you Alfonso . We would love to come back.Tanya and Steven

Nice and clean room. Friendly and very helpful host. Great sea view. Nice restaurants nearby. We had a great stay.

Distance to the beach and city centre didn't quit correspond to the mentioned one on the Booking.com

Very nice view from the room. It was amazing feeling to wake up in the morning and to see this peaceful and quite view from the window. Well equipped room - coffee machine, fridge. Room was nice and specious. Parking slot was amazing adder - to park in Amalfi is huge problems - limited space/ high prices. I do recommend the place if You travel by car.

Please keep in mind this is outside the town center - it is or 40 min walk (up/ down hill) or 5 kms (20 min) by bus. Bus stop is just outside the apartment. 1,5€/ person, one-site ticket. Depend on timing bus goes every 30 min or every 1hr (morning, evening). You need to decide if You want to have parking slot and be in nice quiet area or no parking/ high price for parking but be in crowdy center.

The property is very clean and quite sufficient for a short stay.. Beautiful sea view. Host was very helpful. Parking available and this was a big point for us. A bit far from Amaldi but bus stop right near the apartment and its a 20 min ride. Taxi would be very expensive. In the same time it was very quiet most of the night and we finally had a good sleep after spending few nights in tfe very noisy city.

The only thing to consider is that there us no lift but few stairs to get to the apartment.
