"Bel appartement calme et confortable au coeur de la ville"

Très bel accueil, l'appartement est propre, bien équipé avec lit très confortable. La baignoire est un plus. Il n'y avait pas de verre a vin mais on nous en a trouvé un seul sur demande. L'hotel est calme et tranquille et nous y avons très bien dormi malgré la ville bruyante. La plage et les boutiques sont à distance de marche. ils peuvent vous reserver des scooters si besoin. Le personnel est vraiment charmant et fait tout ce qu'ils peuvent pour vous satisfaire.

Appartement un peu sombre et que le petit déjeuner inclus soit cuisiné directement dans la chambre brise l'intimité. Aussi, qu'on nous contact à la suite de la note de "9" attribuée par mon mari pour demander ce qu'ils peuvent faire pour nous satisfaire et obtenir un meilleur avis nous a mis mal à l'aise. J'ai accepté de revisé l'avis mais je ne peux malheureusement pas attribuer une meilleure note. Cette appartement est vraiment bien, mais il n'est pas exceptionnel. Nous n'avons pas aimé la ville ni la plage de Canggu pour plusieurs raisons, le point positif a été cet appartement.

Zimmer war im EG. Terrasse sehr dunkel ohne Ausblick. Kein Stuhl dort. Es sollte auch was zum Handtücher aufhängen vorgesehen werden.

"Great location, wonderful staff - would stay again."

The staff were friendly, Ketut and another young gentleman were so lovely our entire stay. We were travelling with our almost 1 year old and they were so accommodating. Perfect location in Canggu, close to Cafes (we loved milk and madu for our LO) and the Love Anchor Bazaar. Was very quiet at night even though we were in a central location. The spa bath was prepared for our arrival and it was our LOs favourite along with the swimming pool!

Nothing, our stay was perfect.

My overall experience at this hotel was disappointing. The room itself was big and okay, but the water had a very bad smell. The staff were bothering me every day and kept coming into my room, so I didn’t feel like I had any privacy. Also, they were cooking breakfast in the rooms, and when they cooked in the next room, the smell came straight into mine. Because of all this, I’m not happy with my stay and wouldn’t recommend this booking
