Canggu Bagus Suites

Great hospitality from everyone and particularly Dhana. They’re all attentive to assist, always offering to carry out luggages up/down the place. The room is so spacious for my family of 3. Their service to help fill in the bathtub while we’re out is a great touch!

This is minor but could help approve experience — consider more towel rails at the sink/vanity area (for hygiene purpose). I had to put my used hand towel on the side.

L’appartement était parfait : la chambre est très confortable et spacieuse, la salle de bain est superbe également (douche + bain) ! Le personnel a été incroyablement gentil et attentionné durant notre séjour ! Ils viennent même préparer le petit déjeuner le matin dans la chambre !

De accommodatie was schoon, nieuw en zó mooi!! We verbleven met 2 volwassenen en onze 2 kids, super kamer en de service was echt 10/10. Wat een pareltje!

Fantastic fitted out apartment, walking distance to wherever you want to go in Canggu . Fabulous friendly efficient staff who couldn’t do enough for you.

Sehr schönes Appartment und sehr sauber. Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen pünktlich aufs Zimmer gebracht. Der Pool war auch ein Pluspunkt. Außerdem war es immer schön ruhig, da das Appartement in einer Seitenstraße liegt, aber nur ein paar Meter entfernt von den Restaurants und Geschäften.

Zum Strand muss man ca. 20-25 Minuten gehen, mit Grab aber kein Problem. Schade war, dass wir ein Appartement für 4 Personen , 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, mit Frühstück gebucht haben, dann aber nur das Frühstück für die Erwachsenen mit dabei war und für die Kinder nichts. Immerhin konnte man genug von der Karte auswählen, so dass es zum Schluss trotzdem für zwei kleine Kinder gereicht hat, aber ersichtlich war das bei der Buchung nicht, dass das Frühstück nur für die Erwachsenen gilt. Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein.

Our suite was big, beautifully decorated and clean. The communication from the staff was great! They were responsive and were easy to connect with via watsapp before and during our stay. We loved the breakfast and the fact that they come to your room and cook it for you. That was a nice experience.

Everything was wonderful, spacious rooms, perfect cleanliness. It felt just like home, thank you
