Meadow View

Lovely cottage and the perfect size for us as a family of 4. The garden was a sun trap and nice to relax in. The kitchen was well equipped. It's a great location for exploring the Cuckoo Trail and Weald Way footpath.

The stairs don't have a balustrade so worth bearing in mind if you're staying with young kids.

The Meadow View is a really great place to stay. It provides in everything, is very well cleaned and has enough space for a family. It might seem a bit small, but that's only in the pictures. It has everything you need and feels like home. The owner really replies quick. The service was really good!

I would have liked to park on the drive way, but on the opposite side was enough space available.

The garden is lovely and fully safely enclosed at the back and front of the property for dogs which allowed us to fully relax with the door open

The sofa wasn't as comfy as we would have liked more of a formal sofa than a lay out and relax one

It was a cosy, well equipped, characteristic house to stay in. There has been put a lot love into this place!

The beds where, to our standards, rather small so we chose too sleep separately. Also the shower an a lot of other places in the house are not suitable for tall and rather larger people. But this did not ruin the feeling of staying there! One major negative on this property is that there is a very busy road alongside it.

Traffic noise . Not an issue in the winter as we didn't have the windows opened but may be an issue in the summer A second upstairs toilet and sink would have been great Hard to find in the dark. Is actually off Old Road

Location very good near to eastbourne and hastings the cottage was absolutely beautiful the dog loved the secure garden the cottage had everything anyone could want we had a lovely stay
