Victoria Forest Resort

The staff (when available) were quite pleasant. The room had an amazing view of the lake and was very well airated

The screen door had a hole in it so a wasp kept bothering us. The swimming pool was never cleaned the whole time I was there! They say it opens at 8 am but it was never clean by then! The place is in need of some renovation, in 2018 when I visited they had netted curtains that could offer privacy but still let in all the light of the day, this time they had been removed. The bathroom had a broken flashing cistern which could be very risky. I booked for a couple, but most of the toiletries and sandals were prepared for one person

The topography and very hospitable staff especially one called Joseph that took us through the nature walk

Noisy music, food was not ok, breakfast was minimal. Urgent need for renovation.
