Manager on duty provided excellent service willing and assisted immediately in order to make our stay as comfortable as possible, the staff very friendly a s security at the gate is warm and very welcoming

Conditions of the place as well as hygiene of the place...hygiene doesn't exist in the chalets. Its absolutely disgusting I did not even feel comfortable putting my head down on the pillows I slept on my tshirt
