Location was amazing. Right beside the old town and the Duomo, also close to lots of amazing restaurants and shops. Within a 5 minute walk you’re at the bottom of the lake with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Francesco is a fantastic host and so welcoming and helpful, full of recommendations and just a great guy overall. The apartment had everything you could ever need or look for even some umbrellas for the unpredictable weather of Como.

Unfortunately the upstairs neighbours were quite noisy and there was construction going on across the street which did make for an earlier wake up call than we would have liked but they are out of Francesco’s control and not a complaint against the apartment, just something to note.

Very nice apartment in a great location. The host was very helpful and friendly.

We had amazing time in Como in this apartment! It’s just steps away from the station and all the shops and restaurants, which is convenient with small kids. At the same time it’s hidden from tourists and crowds, very quiet! Perfect location! The apartment itself was very clean and has lots of space for 2 adults and 2 kids to rest and relax after a long day. We had everything we needed! Kitchen is fully stocked, and we even ate dinner at home one night (when it was raining outside). Francesco was our host, and he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He checked us in, helped with luggage and explained everything about the apartment, stayed in touch the whole time, and also provided some useful tips and links. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Como! Thank you for your hospitality!

Our host Francesco was very attentive and kind. He responded to all our questions very quickly from the moment we entered the house until we left. The location of the house is perfect, very close to the center and on a quiet street. I would love to stay here again on my next trip to Como.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had great amenities for a relaxing stay. Nice little touches such as water and coffee and Netflix!

Highly recommend apartment 👌🏻 super clean, quiet and spacious. Fantastic location and comfortable beds and materaces. We were warmly welcomed by Francesco and his friend. They were super helpful and gave us great restaurant recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay :)
