The location is excellent, many attractions are within walking distance. Quiet street, quiet neighbours. Heating is adjustable. Helpful host.

One more pan would come in handy.

Perfect location: quiet place almost in the city center, everything is nearby. Host Francesko, is very-very nice, kind and helpful. Appartement is spacious and cozy, equipped with everything you need, everything ... Appartement is worth it's name - luxhouse !!!

We couldn’t fault this property- fantastically presented and so much thought given to the details. Everything you might possibly need was in one or other of the many cupboards. Spotlessly clean, fab location only 5-8 minutes from the old centre and transport options and incredibly attentive hosts. It would have been a definite 10 if there had been any outdoor space or access to a pool.

Great apartment , plenty of room and everything you need and just a short stroll to everything , the main piazza and the harbour . It was perfect and Francesco was fabulous !

Nothing to list here . Perhaps if you are elderly then organise with Francesco to help you with your luggage up the stairs .

The host Francesco could not have done more. He was absolutely excellent. Kind, friendly, caring, attentive and always contactable and accessible. The appartment was clean, well furnished and laid out and even had a kettle which is rare abroad! The only downside was the 5 flights of stairs which some may find difficult, however, my 85 year old mother coped very well but it is worth considering. Francesco kindly carried our cases up and back down. Appartment is in a quiet street 5 mins walk from the duomo and a wealth of restaurants. Big shout out to Francesco, he really is in the absolute right job and made out holiday easy and stress free, thank you.

Nothing - except the stairs which can't be helped

The apartment is excellent! First of all, the location couldn’t be better. It’s within walking distance from everything - 3min from the cathedral, 5min from the train station, 10min from the lake, etc. Secondly, the place is fully equipped for a longer stay - you have everything from the washing machine, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board to towels, toilet paper, and shower gel. Thirdly, it’s super clean and you have all the items for further cleaning if you need them. Finally, Francesco is the best host you can ask for! He will help you with everything from a restaurant recommendation to transport logistics! He even arranged a pick up from the station and helped us with our last minute flight changes on the way back ❤️ I wholeheartedly recommend Comoluxhouse 👌🏼

We didn’t mind the stairs as we only had backpacks, but in case you have a lot of luggage, have in mind that there isn’t an elevator.

The apartment is very nice, well maintained (recently renovated), clean and spacious. It’s located within walking distance of the lake, the city center and the train station of “Como Nord Lago”. Francesco is a very good host and helpful.

The apartment is a good size for a family of four, plenty of space for a holiday rental. Located just outside the old town, central enough to walk everywhere and quiet at night. Hosts were helpful, they offered to pick us up from the train station but a return trip on the day of check out was not offered which surprised us a little.

No lift. The apartment is located on the third floor, it’s quite an effort to lug the bags up and down. The mattress in the primary bedroom was not to our liking, it’s very low to the ground, didn’t have the best sleep & woke each morning with back aches. Mattresses are personal choices, appreciate they cannot please everyone.
