Did not cater for our longer stay. Lack of maintenance and poor cleanliness.

The aesthetics of the room were put together and very clean, and the high floor made for some lovely views. Aircon works well. The location being right opposite Sm City was extremely convenient. Compared to other properties within Sunvida Towers, I do believe this place is a diamond in the rough. Other properties have reviews stating cockroach infestations but that cannot be said for Lanz Studio. During my almost 2 week stay I didn’t experience any issues with any pests.

The Sunvida building itself is very rundown and poorly managed. The elevator situation is terrible, waiting times can take up to 10 minutes sometimes, especially with the room being so high up it can sometimes take longer. Also at least once a day, at least 1 or 2 of the 3 elevators would be out of service. This is at fault of the building of course not the booking property, however it is something for others to consider when booking here. The remote for the tv is a bit faulty, I bought batteries for it but it still didn’t completely work, and the wifi went out for 2 days which personally wasn’t the biggest problem but still a bit annoying.

Good location, great view, and easy access.

No soap in the bathroom, so bring your own.

The location is what attracts us the most. The place is so clean and we really enjoyed it. The view is amazing. It is very near to all areas of transport.

It took so long to go down to ground floor because the elevator stops almost every floor.
